Terrific Tagaytay

I was able to spend the Feast of Tabernacles in 2019 in Tagaytay, Cavite, Philippines. It was a beautiful area with friendly people and lots of selfies!

We got to try lots of fun food

And meet lots of people

And had good times with [future] family

I am looking forward to visiting the Philippines again!…

Wedding Weekend in Guate

I headed down to Guatemala for an extended weekend for a friend’s wedding! This was my third trip to the country.

Some highlights:
-running into the market to get candles on the wedding day
-getting lost in Jaibalitos looking for the others with sporadic communication on my local Guate phone
-running around Jardin De Lago again
-making conversation with folks at the Freee Cerveza TeePee hostel
-having awesome chats with the Pebworths and Kovannis’ at their hotel on the last night
-almost being eaten by wolves sleeping outside the last night
-Sabbath at the awesome airbnb built into the rocks

  • The Guatemala airport came with a marimba band
  • Yummy Guate-burger
Arriving in the Guatemala City airport and traveling around the city before meeting up with my homies
